Celebrating Life's Journey Together

I am a Christian, author, blogger and nurse who helps fellow travelers with encouragement and hope needed for life’s journey, a journey which includes our beloved pets.

You have landed on my personal blog.  It is focused on celebrating life’s journey together with our Savior, each other and our wonderful pets.  I write and share articles, videos and photos that might lighten up a soul.

Our Help For The Journey

Understanding God’s love for us and the value He puts on having a relationship with each of us can be a tremendous inspiration for how we live our lives.

The more we understand this, the more our inner strength and confidence rises up to successfully tackle life’s challenges, but also, experience the joy in our lives even more and with more gratitude.

My focus is on the positive things in the journey, God’s word and just plain humor to help us through our daily journey through life.

My Book Showing Undeniable Evidence That Our Pets Will Pass On To Heaven

I am the author of Until Heaven Then My Friend: Life’s Journey For Your Beloved Dog.

(If you need the book in a particular version, then you can get it in a variety of e-book versions at West Bow Press, a division of Thomas Nelson, Zondervan and Harper Collins.

You can also get an e-book PDF copy  to get the reassurance you need right now.

Encouragement For A Rough World

The world has gotten so serious on many levels.  I can attest to how difficult it is sometimes to not be overwhelmed by today’s challenges, despite my strong faith in Jesus.

We all witness the stress of others in our circle of influence and around the world.  Not to mention our own.  My mission is to help,  if even in a small way, to lighten a spirit that comes to my blog.  Helping people to  celebrate their journey, no matter what, knowing they have a God who loves them and will see them through.  Simply a place where people can visit to be encouraged, as often as they’d like or need.

I typically post 2-3 times a week or at least that’s my goal.

My Biography

I am a registered nurse of 28+ years and just your average layperson.  My most valued relationship is that with my Savior, Jesus Christ.  I was introduced to Him when I was a child.  I understand and accept what He did for me in order that I might be a child of the Almighty God.  It is awesome, yet humbling.  My family is extremely important to me and as you can see from my blog, my dogs also.  I  believe they are on the same journey to their forever home of heaven.

I don’t have any theological degrees, but I do strive to present clear accurate information directly from the Holy Bible.  If it isn’t clear to me, the average layperson, then I don’t share it.  I leave the complicated interpretations to the theologian.  You will see some of their wisdom on this blog also.

My humble layperson status is my greatest asset that I offer, not only in my books, but also on this blog.  The reason I say that is that I am not going to pretend to know something I don’t. It has to be clear to me and if it is clear to me, it has a good chance of being clear to others like me, average laypeople.  I strive to include trustworthy and helpful information that might brighten the day’s journey for my blog visitors.

I also enjoy providing helpful information and products that can help people feel healthier and more energetic.  I have a variety of things I’ve learned from being a nurse for many years.  One of those things involves the importance of healthy eating habits.  Feeling as healthy as we possibly can helps us in the goal of celebrating life’s journey together.

I hope you enjoy your visit on this blog and come back often.  If you want to get in touch with me, you can contact me via email or follow me on Twitter or Facebook.
