Believe me, I am no expert on keeping laughter part of your day.  I am just as stressed as anyone else.  I know the value of keeping a good sense of humor though, but some days, it is really hard for me.  Even when I think I am showing some sense of humor, someone comes along and says I should have more fun.  Hmmm?  I do try though, but it is an ongoing project and I am sure it will be all my life and maybe it is the same for you.
