Relieving Stress With Just A Little Fun
After offering several posts on relieving stress, I felt it was time for just a fun post. I got a kick out of this photo, but maybe it is just my weird nurse sense of humor. As a nurse and just a real person, I know that true constipation is not a pleasant thing for anyone. So, humor aside, I encourage everyone to drink plenty of water each day, stay as active as possible and eat plenty of fiber to help keep the bowels running normal. No pun intended there.
It is important to note that about 70% of our health status is directly related to our gut, so it is well worth working on a healthy digestive system. The nutrient exchange happens there and if your digestive system is not functioning well, you will get less nutrients exchanged and that affects every cell of your body and of course, ultimately, your health.
